Homey helps people plan and track home care routines. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information You Provide

The app may store home setup details, task progress, preferences, optional name, photos you choose for Organize Vision, and purchase status.

Photos and AI Features

When you use Organize Vision, photos you choose or take are sent to our server and AI service providers so the app can generate an organization plan. Do not upload photos that contain sensitive personal information.

Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Local App Data

Some settings and task information are stored locally on your device so the app can remember your home setup and progress.

Service Providers

We use service providers for app hosting, AI processing, subscription management, analytics or diagnostics, and App Store distribution. These providers process information only as needed to operate the app.

Your Choices

You can avoid photo processing by not using Organize Vision. You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device. Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple account settings.
